GEO LOGiX Mapping Update 2023
Virginia 811 announces the release of GEO LOGiX, an update to the mapping and GIS technology seamlessly integrated into the Newtin Ticket Entry software platform. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, the demand for accuracy when placing locate requests and the ability to produce accurate notification polygons is more critical than ever. One human error could mean the difference between safety and disaster.
Virginia 811’s commitment to providing safe and accurate services drives the core of our mission. With this updated mapping, Virginia 811 aims to enhance the user experience and provide additional tools to help excavators take every possible measure to ensure dig site safety.
